SHIPPING DAMAGES - OFF THE FLOOR ITEMS:In the event that the purchased item arrives at the client's home damaged, MacQueen Home or freight carrier will take full responsibility for any damages. The buyer should report such damages directly to MacQueen Home or freight carrier within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.

DELAYS IN PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY:The buyer agrees to hold harmless MacQueen Home for any delays in the production and delivery of merchandise resulting from circumstances beyond the control of MacQueen Home.
